Staff were PROFESSIONAL and we also enjoyed our stay. It was next to the beach, Isla Mujeres and Villa Kiin, fab location overall. The place was absolutely brilliant, no reason to complain, would definitely recommend.

It made my trip to Isla Mujeres a such wonderful experience. Incredibly helpful staff & lovely hotel. There was a nice restaurant, stores and a market next door. Plenty of food for a continental breakfast. Property great customer service.

Facilities were excellent, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The hotel was QUIRKY with free wifi. Room was common and incredible. Bed was comfortable. The beach was perfect. Again, it was set 5 mins walk from a sandy beach.

There were no bath towels.

Friendly members of the staff. There was no wifi signal in the rooms. Creperia chez tibu is a few steps away from the hotel. Excellant place for a weekend in Isla Mujeres.
